Visa Application

For your bahasa Indonesia course or training at Wisma Bahasa, we recommend that you apply for the C9B visa index (Bahasa Indonesia Training Visit Visa). With this stay permit, you can participate in comparative study programs, short courses, and short-term Indonesian language training. The C9B visa is a single-entry Visit Visa that grants an initial stay of up to 60 days, calculated from your date of arrival, and can be extended for a total stay of up to 180 days.

Wisma Bahasa assists students who need a visa to study in Indonesia. The process is simple. Our staff will guide you through the entire process, from submitting the required documents to obtaining the visa. No embassy visit is required. Simply send a copy of your passport and the required documents to Wisma Bahasa.

Application Process for Visa

Submit Required Documents
Send all necessary documents to marketing@wisma-bahasa.com. The staff will review them and inform you if additional documents are needed.
Invoice and Payment
Our finance officer will send you an invoice. The application process will begin once we receive your payment.
Sponsorship and Document Submission
Wisma Bahasa, as the guarantor, will draft a sponsorship letter and upload all required documents to the Immigration online platform evisa.imigrasi.go.id to obtain the Immigration Documents (DOKIM).
Visa Approval and Telex Visa
Once approved, both the applicant and Wisma Bahasa will receive the telex visa via email. The process takes approximately 7 working days.
Arrival with Approved Visa
No embassy visit is required. Simply present a copy of your visa to the immigration officer upon arrival.

Extend Your Visa

Send all necessary documents to marketing@wisma-bahasa.com or meet our marketing staff . The staff will review them and inform you if additional documents are needed.

Visit the Information Office
Approach the office at least 2 weeks before your visa expires.
Submit Documents & Payment
Provide your passport and latest return ticket (if any). After receiving an invoice, make payment to start processing.
Processing
Wisma Bahasa submits your extension request via the immigration platform and will notify you if additional documents are needed.

Requirements for Visa Application

Here are the documents you need to prepare and send us for your trip to Indonesia:

A color identification photo.
The biodata page of your passport, valid for a minimum of six months.
Proof of bank account ownership showing a minimum balance of USD 2,000 for the past three months.
Your arrival and return tickets, along with proof of purchase transaction.
Fees must be paid in advance for the initial 60 days:

Immigration fee (for visa and verification): IDR 2,000,000

Document Administration Fee: IDR 125,000

Minimum of 40 study sessions at Wisma Bahasa: IDR 14,000,000
